The Council for Debt Collectors was created by an Act of Parliament to make provision for the regulation and control of fees debt collectors charge, thereby ensuring the fair recovery of debt.

PRS & Associates are subscribers to the TransUnion Credit Bureau. Our association with this company allows us to investigate and keep track of a debtors’ credit status, in turn helping us effectively recover debt on our clients’ behalf.
